Health & Safety Disclaimer
- As a Pet Parent you acknowledge and accept that Scentral Park is not liable for any illnesses, fleas, ticks, injuries, or other health risks that may arise while you are using our space. Every dog has a unique immune system and may react differently to environmental factors, pests, or interactions with other animals.
- While we at Scentral Park work really hard to maintain a clean and safe atmosphere, outdoor areas inherently carry risks, including exposure to ticks, fleas, pathogens, and injuries. Pet owners are solely responsible for making sure their pets are protected with the proper preventive measures, such as vaccinations, flea and tick treatments, and general health care.
- Any illnesses, health issues, injuries, or conditions that arise from the presence of pests, pathogens, or any other external factors. are not the responsibility of the park administration. It is advised that pet owners keep a close eye out for any indications of disease or discomfort in their dogs and seek medical attention as soon as necessary.
- By using Scentral Park, you consent to indemnify the park, its management, and its employees for any claims or losses resulting from health issues, such as infections, ticks, injuries, or other hazards that come with being outside.
- We are equally cognizant of the safety and sanctity of Scentral Park from all of the above and will hold discretion to not allow any being that could potentially contaminate our space for us, our dogs and that of the growing Scentral park family. Scentral Park has the right to cancel the visit and deny pet parents and their animals entry in the event of any infractions.
Exclusive and Shared Slots policy at the Sensory Garden
- “Exclusive and Shared Slots at the Sensory Garden are ‘Use at your own risk’, more so if you choose to take an exception around the general advisory from the Scentral Park Crew when booking the slot viz. Number of dogs, Number of humans and children.
- Please use the park on your own responsibility in such scenarios. However, if the situation is deemed getting out of hand by the crew-on-duty, we hold the discretion to separate dogs into smaller sections of the park to prevent undue damage to the dogs, to self or to property.
- Pet Parent Liability:* Pet parents will be responsible for their dog’s behavior around other dogs, humans and kids in a slot.
- *Supervision Required:* Pet parents are expected to supervise their dogs at all times to prevent any incidents.
- *No Liability for Scentral Park:* The Park itself is not liable for injuries caused by dogs in the occurrence of an exceptional event. The responsibility remains with the pet parents.”
